The Superintendent (Plumbing) is responsible for the delivery of plumbing services and projects within the Assets section of the Operations and Maintenance Branch.

You will provide project support for planning and programming, resource allocation, technical support, customer service and contractor management and supervision of staff. Also required is the development and delivery of the plumbing maintenance program, coordination of operational activities and contract administration.

You will possess trade level qualifications in Plumbing together with experience in plumbing building services activities. Your good interpersonal skills will enable you to liaise with contractors and customers and supervise staff.

A salary is offered in the range of $63,261 to $65,991 per annum, plus a Council contribution to superannuation of up to 12%. Salary is negotiable within this range, subject to qualifications and experience.
