Council meets on a monthly basis with its ordinary meetings commencing at the time and on the day in 2012 as set out hereunder:

All Council ordinary meetings are open to the public. Council Ordinary Meetings are held in the Council Chambers at 45 Roderick Street, Ipswich unless otherwise determined by the Mayor.

Standing Committees 2012

Standing committees meet in the week prior to the Council Ordinary Meeting at the times and days set out below with the exception of the committee meetings scheduled for June 2012:

These Committees normally meet to discuss specific matters and make recommendations for consideration by the full Council and are also open to the public. Standing Committee meetings are held at the Council precinct which includes the Council Administration Building, the Ipswich Global Information Centre and the Hayden Centre.
