Dates of Future Council Meetings

Council meets on a monthly basis with its ordinary meetings commencing at the time and on the day in 2012 up to and including March as set out hereunder:

All Council ordinary meetings are open to the public. Council Ordinary Meetings are held in the Council Chambers at 45 Roderick Street, Ipswich unless otherwise determined by the Mayor.

Standing Committees 2012

Standing committees meet in the week prior to the Council Ordinary Meeting at the times and days set out below with the exception of committee meetings scheduled for 23 January 2012 which will be held two days prior to the Council Ordinary Meeting and held on one day instead of over two days. The times for these meetings are also stipulated below.

Environment and Conservation Committee	Monday	9.30 am or 10 mins after the conclusion of the Parks, Sport and Recreation Committee, whichever is the earlier.
City Works Committee	Monday	10.30 am or 10 mins after the conclusion of the Environment and Conservation Committee, whichever is the earlier.
Arts, Community and Cultural Services Committee	Monday	11.30 am or 10 mins after the conclusion of the City Works Committee, whichever is the earlier.
Youth and Seniors Committee Committee	Monday	12.30 pm or 10 mins after the conclusion of the Arts, Community and Cultural Services Committee, whichever is the earlier.
Health and Regulation Committee	Monday	1.30 pm or 10 mins after the conclusion of the Youth and Seniors Committee, whichever is the earlier.
Planning and Development Committee	Tuesday	8.30 am
Economic Development and Sustainability Committee	Tuesday	9.30 am or 10 mins after the conclusion of the Planning and Development Committee, whichever is the earlier.
Tourism and Libraries Committee	Tuesday	10.30 am or 10 mins after the conclusion of the Economic Development and Sustainability Committee, whichever is the earlier.
Community Engagement Committee	Tuesday	11.30 am or 10 mins after the conclusion of the Tourism and Libraries Committee, whichever is the earlier.
City Management and Finance Committee	Tuesday	12.30 pm or 10 mins after the conclusion of the Community Engagement Committee, whichever is the earlier.

23 January 2012 committees only

For January only all committee meetings will be held on Monday, 23 January 2012 at the times specified above with the exception of the following:

Planning and Development Committee	Monday	2.30 pm or 10 minutes after the conclusion of the Health and Regulation Committee, whichever is the earlier.
Economic Development and Sustainability Committee	Monday	3.30 pm or 10 mins after the conclusion of the Planning and Development Committee, whichever is the earlier.
Tourism and Libraries Committee	Monday	4.30 pm or 10 mins after the conclusion of the Economic Development and Sustainability Committee, whichever is the earlier.
Community Engagement Committee	Monday	5.30pm or 10 mins after the conclusion of the Tourism and Libraries Committee, whichever is the earlier.
City Management and Finance Committee	Monday	6.30 pm or 10 mins after the conclusion of the Community Engagement Committee, whichever is the earlier

These Committees normally meet to discuss specific matters and make recommendations for consideration by the full Council and are also open to the public. Standing Committee meetings are held at the Council precinct which includes the Council Administration Building, the Ipswich Global Information Centre and the Hayden Centre.
