• Ongoing development of the Greater Springfield Area as Australia's largest master planned community inclusive of a range of residential densities and lifestyle choices; an integrated open space network with lakeside and creek line recreational opportunities; and an exciting new town centre as the ‘Gateway CBD' to the City of Ipswich.

* Record growth has been experienced in the Greater Springfield Area and current trends indicate that the Greater Springfield Area population will be 26,000 by the year 2010.
