The Division 8 electorate office has a meeting room which is available to community groups free of charge for conferences, meetings etc.

The boardroom table can seat 16 comfortably with seating for an additional 20 available. The room is well appointed with whiteboard, phone, airconditioning and other training aids.

Adjacent to the meeting room is a fully equipped kitchenette.

A disabled toilet is an added feature.
