Ipswich Women and the Environment

Womensday PortraitIpswich Women and the Environment is a local campaign aimed at inspiring Ipswich women to become leaders in implementing positive action on environmental issues through household and day-to-day decisions and actions.

By making some small lifestyle changes you can have a positive impact on the environment while cost saving at the same time. Small, sustainable changes that fit in with your daily life are the best way to start to make a difference.

To celebrate 100 years of International Women's Day, Ipswich Women and the Environment has an initial goal of 100 women pledging to implement positive change. The pledges range from Waste, Water and Energy. There are a vast range of pledges you can make and it doesn't matter if you commit to one, more or all!
