Planning Scheme Amendment Package 02/2011

In accordance with the requirements of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 (SPA) and Statutory Guidelines 02/09, Council has prepared proposed amendments to the Ipswich Planning Scheme to incorporate a Priority Infrastructure Plan (PIP).
The proposed amendments to the Ipswich Planning Scheme were on public display from Thursday 10 November 2011 until Thursday 22 December 2011.
Public submissions have been reviewed and the required documentation has been forwarded to the Minister seeking approval to adopt the Planning Scheme amendments.
