Humanities Centre

Ipswich City Council provides the W G Hayden Humanities Centre as a community facility, which provides affordable office accommodation and meeting space to not for profit community based organisations who are not able to afford market rentals, and who provide services which directly support the broader community.

The Humanities Centre is centrally located at 56 South Street Ipswich, and currently provides office accommodation and meeting space for appropriate 60 Community Organisation/Services providers.  In addition to the office accommodation, the Centre provides a range of meeting rooms that can also be utilised subject to availability.   The Centre also has very good facilities including disability access.

The Centre is available from 8.00 am until 10.00 pm Monday to Saturday.  Access outside these hours, including Sundays will require Security, the cost of which will be recovered in full from users.
