Ipswich City Council is committed to enhancing the quality of life of our older citizens. This requires knowledge within the community of the needs and issues of older people. It requires that the community considers its attitudes to older people and that the community values the worth and contribution of our senior citizens. Seniors' ForumIpswich City Council, in partnership with Sekisui House and the University of Queensland Ipswich Campus, are hosting a Seniors' Forum for consultation, discussion and feedback with Seniors and Senior Service Providers. It is also anticipated that participation in this Forum will assist in strengthening local community networks and sharing of information.
