Mayor Paul Pisasale and Councillors of the City of Ipswich Invite You to
Resilience Training Workshop
We all face tough and challenging moments in our lives. On some occasions, we struggle to find the tools to deal with our reactions and emotions during these difficult moments. This is where Resilience is important. Resilience represents the ability of people to cope with stressful interactions and situations in their lives.
Delivered in association with Lifeline, the Resilience Training Workshop for Community Workers will examine their responses to stressful interactions and how they can begin to deal with them in more appropriate ways.
