Applications available for Community Funding Opportunities
Council provides funding for non-profit and community based organisations through the Economic and Community Development Department in the areas of community and cultural development that enables Council to form partnerships with community based organisations for projects that may not receive funding from other sources.

Ipswich Regional Arts Development Fund
Attention all performing and visual artists, writers, cultural and community groups in Ipswich. The Ipswich Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF) promotes professional development and employment of arts and cultural workers in the Ipswich region. The RADF is a joint Queensland Government and Ipswich City Council partnership to support local arts and culture.
The next round of funding for the RADF closes at 4.30pm on Friday 31 August 2012.

Community Development Christmas Grants Program 2012
The Ipswich City Council currently has applications open for Community Development Christmas Grants. Funding of up to $2,000 is available to community based, not for profit organisations for community Christmas events and activities to be held in the Ipswich Region. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a community development framework that enhances the community life and wellbeing of Ipswich residents.
Applications close on Friday 31 August 2012.
