Ipswich City Council welcomes customer compliments celebrating the amazing achievements of our employees. Please help us to acknowledge the people or teams who have provided you with outstanding service or who you believe deserve recognition for their outstanding achievements.
There are two categories for commending deserving Council staff:
Written Compliments: If you would like to let us know of an employee who you believe deserves formal recognition, please send us a letter via email, post or by hand to let us know (see submission details below). Please include specific examples and as much detail as possible. Each employee who receives a written compliment is rewarded for their dedicated service with a Certificate of Appreciation.
Service Excellence Award Nominations: If you would like to acknowledge an employee who you believe has performed above and beyond their daily duties, please complete the Service Excellence Award Nomination Form either online or by hand (see submission details below) to nominate our employee for a Service Excellence Award. Service Excellence Awards are intended to showcase and honour outstanding service and performance to encourage future success for our Council.
