Community Immunisation Clinics

Ipswich City Council runs free community clinics. Community Immunisation Clinics are held at key locations around Ipswich on a regular, scheduled basis. See clinic schedule for locations, times and dates.

• You do not need to make an appointment to attend a clinic.
• Please bring your Medicare card and child’s immunisation record book to record the vaccination.
• If you do not have a record book, we can provide a vaccination card for you, however, it is preferable that all records be kept in the one place to ensure complete history is easily found or shown.
• Catch up immunisations are offered to school students and any eligible person at any community clinics.
• An Immunisation Consent Form and Pre-vaccination Checklist can be completed prior to clinic or completed at the clinic. This form must be signed by the child's parent or legal guardian before any vaccinations can be provided.
