High school-aged studentswhomiss any vaccine at school areeligible to receive theirmissingdoses
up to theendof the following calendar year at anyof the above clinics. AQueenslandHealth
consent formmust be completed and signedon theday.
The following vaccinations areoffered FREE:
Year 8 students (all)
Year 9 students
Year 10 students
• Diphtheria/tetanus/pertussis
(whooping cough)
• Varicella - zoster (chickenpox)
• HPV (humanpapillomavirus
vaccine) (3doses)
• Hepatitis B (2doses) available
to studentswhowerenot
vaccinated in2013.
