The content of this report has been developed by consultants in collaboration with Council and informed by, and to align with, pre-existing planning documents, strategic master planning previously undertaken by Council, and site analysis of the open space included in the scope of this study. The ideas, proposals and recommendations in this report are conceptual only and may require further analysis, due dilligence and detailed feasibility assessment. As detailed in this report, further geomorphology and hydraulic assessment will be fundamental to the feasibility and constructabilibty of the concepts proposed in this report.
