In engaging with our community and through the expertise of the Legacy Working Group, Council worked to develop its roadmap to the Olympic and Paralympic Games, Leveraging 2032. It interweaves two intrinsic themes, celebrating the world’s oldest living culture, peoples of the First Nations, and recognising the need to create a barrier free society for people with a disability. It defines the transformational legacy outcomes for the city across the below four themes:

- A Global Identity
