Driving residential growth in the
Division 2 region, AugustineHeights
andBellbirdPark are two suburbs
whereexcitingnewestates areunder
construction.
AugustineHeights has seen rapid
growth in thepast coupleof years
and council has given the green light
toexpand theestateeven further off
BenezetDrive.
The 50hectare siteboundedby
AugustineHeights residential estate to
thenorthwill bedeveloped tohouse
125 newhomes aswell as a newpark
andbarbecue facilities.
New residentswill be able to choose
from a rangeof different housing styles
and sizes tomeet their current and
futureneeds, with lot sizes ranging
from 390m

2
.
Previous stages of this residential
development are alreadyunder
constructionwith 352 lots across 14
stages. The combineddevelopments
will see 477 newhomes in total which
is amassiveboost to the area.
Thenewdevelopment is awelcome
addition to the local area andwill
accommodate the strong growth
predicted for AugustineHeights.
BellbirdPark’s potential was first
discoveredwith the constructionof
theBrentwood Forest Estate at the
corner of Augusta Parkway and Jones
Road.

hitting apopulationboom, Brentwood
Forest is estimated toprovidemore
than 1500newhomes to the region
once complete.
Owing to thepopularityof Brentwood
Forest inBellbirdPark, the State
Government announced in 2013 a new
high school wouldbe constructed to
cater to the growing region.
Stage 1 of thenewhigh school is
expected tobe completed in January
2017, with stage two completedby
January 2019.
