the 72hectare site tobedeveloped
over nine stages.
Karalee iswell known for its
large suburban lots and this new
developmentwill be keepingwith the
character of the area, with lots ranging
in size from 2000m

to6540m
2
.
Beautiful homes onexpansiveblocks
of land canbe found all aroundKaralee.
Aswell as new residential homes, this
newdevelopmentwill also consist of
land adjoining theBrisbaneRiver that
will connectwithCollegesCrossing
andbeuseddown the track as a new
citywidewatersidepark.
Developerswill alsobe required
to rehabilitate theopen space to a
natural bushland setting and remove all
declared andenvironmental weeds.

community groups, sporting clubs,
businesses and residents to improve

thanbuilding roads, collecting rubbish
andmaintainingparks.Wehelpboost
tourism, provide social activities,
seminars and services for our young
people and seniors, attract businesses
toour city, buildonenvironmental
initiatives andpromoteour city as a
great place to visit.
