Stronger Communities Workshops
The Stronger Communities Workshops program provides practical, informative and engaging training opportunities for Ipswich community organisations, sporting clubs and not-for-profit groups.
Since the program commenced in 2021 more than 400 local clubs, community groups and organisations have participated, building the skills, knowledge and networks needed to strengthen their impact in the Ipswich community.
Each year, workshop topics are shaped by feedback from local groups, volunteers and community leaders to ensure training responds to the challenges and opportunities facing our community sector.
Whether you're new to committee leadership or looking to strengthen your organisation's sustainability, these FREE workshops offer valuable insights and practical tools that can be applied immediately.

Our 2026 program has been developed based on participant feedback and expressions of interest. Registrations are now open, and you are welcome to register for multiple workshops.

- All workshops will be held on Level 1 / Ipswich City Council Administration Building, 1 Nicholas Street, Ipswich
- A light supper or morning tea and light lunch will be provided
- Parking is available in the Nicholas Street Precinct carpark
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time - tea, coffee and water will be available on arrival
