Corporate Plan

Council has adopted a new Corporate Plan for 2026–2031(PDF, 3MB), that will commence on 1 July 2026. The 2026-2031 Corporate Plan will replace iFuture, and will be council’s leading strategic plan.

The new Corporate Plan covers the next five years of achieving the Community’s Vision for 2041:

The full 2041 Community Vision, has four overarching themes:

Each theme includes a goal and the Corporate Plan identifies the priority outcomes council will focus on including the pathways it will use over the next five years in achieving these goals.

Delivering the Corporate Plan

Each year council delivers its Annual Plan (includes the Operational Plan and Budget) which highlights the key initiatives, projects and services that are being resourced for the year that contribute toward achieving the Corporate Plan. The progress of the Annual Plan is monitored throughout the year through our Quarterly Reports and the measures contained within the Corporate Plan are reported annually through the Annual Report.

Previous Corporate Plan

iFuture(PDF, 3MB) identified and progressed the first five years of the Community Vision through priorities projects and outcomes established by the community and endorsed by council in the Corporate Plan component. iFuture covered 1 July 2021 - 30 June 2026.
