Announcement

All access points to the river at Kholo Gardens are temporarily closed for public safety.
Council are aware that a number of public BBQ facilities are currently unavailable. Our teams are investigating the issue and working to restore the affected BBQs as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work towards a solution.

Function Centre

Booking

A permit/licence is required to use the following areas within Kholo Gardens. Using the information provided please ensure you select an area suitable for your event.

NOTE: Due to the popularity of Kholo Gardens - Zone 1 for ceremonies, permits will only be issued for a period of 2.5 hours.

Standard Conditions for each area can be viewed below. To apply for a Park and Facility Use Permit/Licence please complete an application form for assessment of your proposed event.

Please view the area conditions prior to applying for a permit/licence.

The permit holder must produce for inspection, the permit granted by the local government, upon request of an authorised person.
