Development Planning in Ipswich regulates development in accordance with the Economic Development Act 2012, Planning Act 2016, Ipswich City Plan 2025, Ripley Valley PDA Development Scheme and the Springfield Structure Plan. Development applications may be required for changes to existing development and for new developments.
