New wellness business Austhetica Oasis opens doors in Nicholas Street Precinct

Innovative hair, beauty and wellness business Austhetica Oasis has opened its doors in the Nicholas Street Precinct this week.
Austhetica Oasis is the newest entrant to the revitalised city heart of Ipswich and brings its unique set-up of private suites for hair, beauty and wellness professionals to create their own space and welcome their own clients.
Ipswich City Council Ipswich Central Redevelopment Committee Chairperson Councillor Marnie Doyle said it is an exciting new direction for the precinct following on from the different business offerings for the public.
“Austhetica Oasis brings something new, innovative and dynamic to the Nicholas Street Precinct and I can’t wait to see the range of hair, beauty and wellness professionals who take up the offer to set up right here in the city centre,” Cr Doyle said.
“They can create, control and collaborate and collectively bring together a variety of beauty and wellness products and services for our community.
“Their launch celebration on Saturday 14 October – the same day as this month’s Handmade Expo Markets in Tulmur Place – is the perfect opportunity to visit and check out this beautiful new sanctuary for yourself.
“We have recently seen the addition of Sofia Nails, joining Terry White Chemist in Tulmur Walk. Austhetica Oasis will complement these businesses and be a welcome part of the beauty, wellness, glamour and good health component.”
The Nicholas Street Precinct has also welcomed food businesses Stellarossa, That Dumpling Place, Gelatissimo, Sushi Hyo, Bun Bun Bao, and Zambrero.
Major tenants, Hoyts and AusHotels, will take over the new entertainment complex at the Venue building and the Commonwealth Hotel respectively once construction is completed in 2024.
Austhetica Oasis owners Des and Tendai Moyo said Ipswich is the perfect location for this “one-stop-shop” business and will appeal to a large cross-section of the community.
“Our suites are in the city’s leading entertainment, leisure and cultural destination and the new heart of Ipswich,” Mr Moyo said.

The Austhetica Oasis suites will provide facilities and equipment for up to nine hair, beauty and wellness professionals. A hairdresser and beauty therapist are the first tenants to rent space in the Tulmur Place business this week.
Cr Doyle said the next year would see many new businesses opening across the Nicholas Street Precinct.
“Council is delivering on our promise to revitalise the centre of Ipswich with the inclusion of many new businesses and facilities in the precinct, with more exciting new businesses set to open later this year and next year,” Cr Doyle said.
“The Nicholas Street Precinct will once again be a hub for great food, entertainment and outstanding services.”
