iFuture is Ipswich City Council’s 2021-2026 Corporate Plan, which builds on previous plans include Advance Ipswich 2015, to provides a renewed and contemporary focus for the future of the city. iFuture represents: Your Vision: the community's vision for 2041; Our Journey: that everyone has a role in getting there; and Council's Plan: for the next 5 years.
The Annual Plan 2022–2023 is comprised of five parts: City Operational Plan – delivers iFuture outcomes through projects and programs; Core Business Services – explains what services the city delivers to the community and how they align to the city vision and strategic direction; Capital Works Program – delivering and maintaining the city’s infrastructure and assets; Ipswich Waste Services Performance Plan – provides information about the performance plan for our commercialised business unit; and City Budget – delivers a balanced budget with a sustainable long-term financial outlook.
