The People and Culture Strategy 2021-2026 builds upon the work of the People and Culture Strategic Plan 2019-2021 which has established many of the foundation frameworks, policies, and procedures. The People and Culture Strategy 2021-2026 is part of a suite of council strategies that will support and deliver on several outcomes of council’s Corporate Plan iFuture 2021-2026.
