The past 12 months continue an amazing journey for the City of Ipswich. Council has been focused on building a strong city for both present and future generations, as well as providing a solid foundation for the entire City.

Ipswich is now part of the sustainable development solution for South East Queensland and we have positioned the City to make a strong, professional contribution in that role. This annual report for the 2005-2006 year highlights the performance and achievements of a Council delivering on its plan to manage growth well and provide outstanding customer service.
